Sedona UFO Tours LLC · West Sedona
You follow the guide's car to three viewing spots in West Sedona and scan the sky through military night vision goggles while hearing tales of UFO activity over Sedona. Pick it for the goggles and the stories, not for telescopes or promised sightings.

This is the tour with the night vision goggles. You check in at the Sedona UFO Tours center on West State Route 89A, then follow the guide in your own car past Red Rock State Park to three viewing spots: one beside Fay Canyon, one near Cultural Park Place and one near the Crystal Magic shop. At each stop you look up through military-grade night vision goggles, which pick up far more stars, satellites and moving lights than your eyes do, while the guide tells stories of UFO activity over Sedona.
Be clear about what it is. It is not a telescope tour and nobody can promise you a UFO. Plenty of guests love it, sceptics included. Others found the claims hard to swallow: one 2023 reviewer was told that satellites were alien craft. Goggles are shared, one pair per two adults, and children 10 and under share with an adult and may not hold them. A laser star pointer is for adults over 18 only.
The rules are strict. Arrive 30 minutes before your time; a late check-in counts as a no-show with no refund. You need your own vehicle: the listing rules out Uber, Lyft and taxis. There are no restrooms at the viewing spots, recording and flash photography are not allowed, and the tour does not run during or around the full moon. Heaters come out in winter.
Arrive at the tour center at 1890 W State Rte 89A, Suite D. Late check-ins are treated as no-shows.

★★★★★Suitable for even the biggest of sceptics. Its worth it just looking at the wonderous nights sky with the high powered night vision goggles.
★★★★★It was very informative about the reason things we see in the sky are not satellites because of their orbital height. We also learned about the surrounding areas and what to look for as well as interesting information about UFO activity in general.
★★★★★Shay was an awesome tour guide, lots of energy and enthusiasm and fun stories about her experiences. [...] the view through the military googles was wild !
★★★★★We had a great time! Fun to see through the high tech goggles. Wear closed toe shoes that are comfortable. We stood the whole time. Worth the experience.
